Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. The role involves cleaning rooms, restrooms, floors, windows, and other areas according to established procedures and the building’s schedule, including light maintenance and log completion. Starting pay is $18.0 per hour with immediate availability.

Shifts run 5am–10am, seven days a week. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; training and growth opportunities are available within a growing

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Standing and walking for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical handling guidelines (English; Spanish where state law requires).
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage for clocking in/out and communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedures and the building's schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in sales areas and seating.
• Clean windows and mirrors; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff; perform duties as directed by supervisor.
• Complete sweep logs and operate sanitizing equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices; perform other duties as assigned.
