Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker at Breck School in Minneapolis, MN. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Previous food service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prep work: wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and informs supervisor.
• Ensures service standards and inventory/cash control.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
