Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in Lake Charles is seeking a Dishwasher/Busser to help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen during the 6:00am – 2:00pm shift. You will join a cohesive team in our fast casual restaurant and play a key role in serving guests.

As part of our kitchen, you will load and unload dishwashing machines, ensure proper sanitation, and support food preparation when needed. We value a team player who works quickly and maintains cleanliness to ensure guests have clean dishes and a pleasant dining

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations
