Dunbar Security Solutions in Bethesda, MD is seeking a full-time Morning Security Officer to safeguard residents and property. The role involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance, inspecting entry points, and enforcing policies to prevent losses.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification and be comfortable performing interior and exterior patrols for extended periods. Comprehensive benefits include medical, life, vision insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification required.
• Experience with building security and resident safety is preferred.
• Ability to perform long periods of standing/walking patrols.

Responsabilités

• Secures premises by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Inspects buildings, equipment, and access points; permits entry.
• Sounds alarms to obtain help when needed.
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers.
• Completes reports by recording observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Maintains environment by monitoring building and equipment controls.
• Participates in extensive interior/exterior patrols as assigned.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
