Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel on site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with access control and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following procedures and notify site contacts/emergency services.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol observations for leadership and site personnel.
