The officer will perform interior and exterior patrols, enforce access control, and document daily activity and incidents. The position requires a professional appearance, calm demeanor, and the ability to work extended shifts on weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.

• Provide directions, information, and assistance to building occupants and guests.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and fellow team members.
• Enforce property rules and company policies in a courteous and professional manner.
