Walmart is seeking a part-time Janitorial Associate in Hope Mills to maintain a clean, safe store environment from the parking lot to restrooms. Shifts start early, between 4:00am and 9:00am, with pay between $14.00 and $27.00 per hour depending on experience and store needs.

You’ll greet customers, assist associates, keep areas tidy, and ensure a positive first and last impression for every shopper. This role requires reliability, stamina, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• CashierSmile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
• Keep your area clean and presentable
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
• Cart and JanitorialEnsure customers have a great first and last impression
• Gather carts from the parking lot
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
• Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
