Compass Group USA's Flik Hospitality is hiring immediately for full-time prep cook positions at BASF in Florham Park, NJ. The role requires following production schedules and HACCP guidelines, with training provided. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.00 per hour.

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• HACCP experience preferred
• Willing to train

Responsabilidades

• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs, and follows sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
