About the Role:

Jet's Pizza in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a motivated and reliable Morning Prep team member to help us start the day strong! You'll play a key role in setting up our kitchen for success, ensuring every pizza that goes out is made with the freshest, most carefully prepped ingredients. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion ingredients including dough, sauces, vegetables, and meats for daily service
• Follow standardized recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace throughout the shift
• Properly label, date, and store all prepped food items according to food safety guidelines
• Restock prep stations and communicate inventory needs to management
• Assist with opening procedures and ensure the kitchen is ready before service begins
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and consistently
• Previous kitchen prep or food service experience preferred but not required
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
