Forum Communications Company in Fargo, ND is seeking a morning news production director to technically direct live and pre-recorded newscasts from studio or remote locations. You will coordinate with anchors, producers, and the newsroom to ensure compelling on-air content and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Flexible with scheduling, including holidays and breaking news.

• Weekdays 4am–2pm availability.

Responsibilities

• Technically directs assigned newscasts.
• Support technical issues with the Newsroom.
• Collaborate with production team to place compelling stories on air.
• Ingest paid content and others as assigned.
• Produce teases and various video requirements.
• Act as liaison between news anchors and production during newscasts.
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
