Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a morning anchor who will lead live, streaming-first coverage, sourcing original stories from the newsroom and co-anchoring the late morning shows. You’ll own the on-air presence with unscripted dialogue and rapid storytelling across TV and digital platforms.

The role requires a committed early riser with at least five years of on-camera journalism experience and a track record of enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of on-camera journalism experience.
Experience anchoring and streaming is preferred.
Strong news judgment and enterprise story creation.
Comfort with unscripted, live broadcasts and quick turnarounds.
Must be a genuine early riser with a 2:30 a.m. call time.

Responsibilities

Lead with courage and foster trust in a collaborative newsroom.
Drive fair, unscripted morning news coverage on-air and across digital platforms.
Pitch and develop original stories for morning coverage.
Guide viewers through live breaking news without a teleprompter.
Coordinate with reporters and digital team to maintain live morning content.
Collaborate with production teams to integrate reporting across platforms.
