Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Raleigh to join a fast-paced, growing team. You will perform cleaning tasks across restrooms, offices, and common areas on a 5am–10am shift, with days varying.

Starting pay is $16.99 per hour. This position offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and access to benefits such as medical insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and Quick Pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk and stand for up to 10-12 hours during shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals (English; Spanish where required).
• Use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning according to standard procedures and site schedule.
• Cleans rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and windows.
• Sweeps, mops, and removes debris throughout the facility.
• Dusts fixtures and shelves; polishes surfaces as needed.
• Maintains sanitation of restrooms for customers and staff.
• Completes shift logs and operates equipment safely.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
