Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Bountiful is seeking a Home Caregiver in Davis County and Weber County, Utah to start immediately. This in-home, non-medical role offers a part-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate of $15–$18.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of caregiving experience; CNA preferred. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, building trust with clients and families, and maintaining care records. Growth toward full-time is possible.

Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including daily living activities, personal care, and light household tasks.
• Develop and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations.
