Long John Silver's is seeking a motivated Crew Member for daytime shifts (Openers/Days). This entry-level role focuses on guest engagement, order processing, and ensuring a clean, safe dining area. No prior experience required; candidates must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable transportation and teamwork are key values. You will participate in both front-of-house and light kitchen tasks, assist with payments, and support delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Get along well with coworkers and guests with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.

Looking for daytime work? The Opener/Days schedule is looking for employees who are able to work during the morning/early afternoon. Opening times vary by restaurant. Schedules for Openers can start as early as 6:00am. Dayshift typically ends by 4:00pm. Shift Length and specific Start/End times will vary within these times.

The Crew Member is the key to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a very important position for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Answering questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare Ingredients and Menu Items
• Restocking product and workstations
• Using food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements:
