Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring for a full-time Food Service Worker in Milwaukee, WI. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm with no nights or weekends. Qualifications

• Previous slicing experience, knife skills, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients and weighs portions.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations in a safe manner.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils and maintains sanitation.
