Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Morning ambassador: greet customers with a cheerful attitude.
• Handle cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Familiarize with the Dunkin' menu to assist customers.
• Take and process orders efficiently during the morning rush.
• Prepare basic coffee/beverage orders with care.
• Maintain a tidy front counter and dining area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Promote current promotions and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow safety and cleanliness policies and perform other duties as assigned.
