Qualifications

• Previous on-air experience in Hot AC, CHR, Country, Rock or similar formats preferred.
• Clear enunciation, reading copy fluently, and articulate speaking style.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly while on air or at appearances.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver live and voice tracked show content for WIL-FM.
• Create content for station social media aligned with the target audience.
• Operate studio equipment and control rooms, and manage logs.
• Follow FCC regulations and company policies, including EAS procedures.
• Make public appearances and work weekends or holidays as required.
• Record commercials and promos and maintain professional on-air presentation.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with the Program Director and team.
