Qualifications

• Assists with site snow removal to ensure safe access for students and staff.

• Prepares site for daily operations to ensure facilities are operational and hazard-free.
• Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies as needed.
• Secures facilities to minimize damage and liability.
• Supports maintenance staff to complete custodial tasks as required.
• Performs other related duties to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with snow removal and safety measures.
• Cleans facilities/grounds (classrooms, gym, restrooms, offices).
• Prepares site for daily operations (opening gates, etc.).
• Replenishes supplies in classrooms and restrooms.
• Secures doors, gates, alarms, and lights.
• Supports other maintenance staff as needed.
• Performs related duties to ensure efficient functioning.
