Dunkin’ is hiring AM Crew Members to join our team. You will prepare food and beverages, take orders, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy franchise setting.

As an AM Crew Member, you will follow brand standards, maintain a clean workstation, stock supplies, and assist guests with questions. No prior experience required; candidates must be 16+ and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments.
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
