Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring for full-time and part-time Cashier/Food Service Worker positions in Hayward, WI. The role includes operating the POS, assisting the chef, and keeping stations clean and stocked. Schedule is 6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with training opportunities available.

Prior food service experience is required for this role. Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 with full and part-time options.

• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale system and handle cash/register duties.
• Assist the Chef and prepare coffee and related items.
• Keep cashier and coffee stations clean and stocked.
• Provide service in all retail areas including line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy and make deposits as needed.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines and monitor food temperatures.
