Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Rutherfordton, NC is hiring experienced caregivers for full-time and part-time morning shifts. You will provide one-on-one care to help seniors stay independent and comfortable at home, including personal care and companionship.

If you have at least one year of caregiving, are passionate, reliable, and able to work mornings or weekends, we’d love to meet you. Benefits include competitive pay, paid time off, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Available for morning (AM) shifts and weekend shifts.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care that helps seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other hands-on needs while encouraging independence.
• Provide compassionate support for clients living with dementia, helping them feel safe and comfortable.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and offer meaningful companionship.
• Build trusted relationships, support families, and make each morning count.
