Sierra Lodgings is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Buena Vista Suites Orlando, FL. This part-time role supports breakfast service operations, from coffee stations to guest interactions, in a busy hotel dining environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma (or hotel-related experience) and be able to work in a fast-paced setting; a food handling certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Buffet: Brew coffee, stock coffee condiments stations. Replenish juice and milk machines. Fill the ice bin and display fresh fruits.
• Buffet: Display and replenish pastries. Stock disposable plates and cutlery. Add serving utensils to all stations.
• Table Bussing: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals or drinks, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Table Resetting: Reset tables with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments to prepare for the next group of guests.
• Dishwashing: Assist with washing ensuring a continuous supply of clean items for service.
• Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, aiding and answering any questions they may have.
• Floor Maintenance: Keep the dining room clean and tidy, sweeping, and mopping floors as needed.
• Trash and Recycling: Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• High Energy: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the shift.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.
