Residence Inn Mt. Laurel at Bishop's Gate seeks a Complimentary AM Attendant to start the day with warmth, keep the dining area clean and stocked, and assist in breakfast prep. You’ll greet guests, answer questions about hotel amenities, and help ensure a welcoming breakfast experience.

To succeed, bring strong hospitality skills, multitasking ability, and a friendly, proactive approach. This on-site role supports a busy morning service with focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide local recommendations as needed.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keep dining area clean, stocked, and organized; clear tables and refresh stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and other tasks as needed.
• Remain energetic on feet throughout shift and manage items up to 50 lbs.
