Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including linens, tableware, and centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee, and tea.
• Keep the breakfast area clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions or needs and provide friendly service.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
