BK Behavior is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, working closely with a clinical team to implement care plans.

All positions start part-time and offer flexibility with afternoon/evening hours, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient care and collaboration with families to improve treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Need To Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
