Job summary

Neurosprout ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in daycare settings in Accokeek, Maryland.

Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and team members to support client outcomes. Prior RBT certification is not required, but relevant experience and a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• You do not need to have an RBT certification.
• Must have experience working as a Behavior Technician.
• Ability to pass a background check.
