Job summary

Neurosprout ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) for mornings in ACCOKEEK, Maryland. This role offers competitive pay of $20–$26/hour and involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or daycare settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

A background check is required, and prior experience as a Behavior Technician is expected. No RBT certification is required, but experience is essential to ensure client progress and safety.
