Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Leander, TX is seeking a Baker to join our morning baking team. Bakers start as early as 3AM to stock the bagel wall and pastry case, ensuring fresh products for guests and fellow crew members.

You will support order taking, sandwich prep, and maintain a clean, safe store environment, collaborating with a friendly team. The role requires 18+ years, flexibility for early hours, and readiness for a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including early shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Valid driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products.
• Assist guests with orders and participate in sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and team-driven work.
• Work early hours (as early as 3am) and varied shifts.
