Job summary

Hyatt Place Phoenix‑North is seeking a friendly Complimentary AM Attendant to start mornings with warmth. You’ll greet guests, keep the dining area clean and stocked, and help prepare breakfast items and beverages to create a smile-worthy start to the day.

You’ll handle bussing, restocking buffet stations, and quick problem solving with calm hospitality. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior food & beverage or hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and share local information about amenities and attractions.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items and beverages with a focus on cleanliness.
• Keep the dining area clean, stocked, and organized to brand standards.
• Clear tables quickly and refresh buffet stations to maintain flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with calm problem solving.
• Support dishwashing, restocking, and tidying tasks as a collaborative team member.
