Job summary

Herman N Logistics in Morehead, KY is seeking a dedicated CDL-A solo driver to achieve home weekly time and consistent earnings. You will run regional routes spanning several states with 1,200–1,500 miles per week on late-model trucks, and enjoy a $2,500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

AT A GLANCE

Weekly Pay: $1,900 average ($88k-$98k+ yearly)

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset

Experience: 3+ mos exp in last 36 mos

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total payout

• The Money & Miles: Earn an average of $1,900 weekly (~$1.35 all-in rate) via experience-based CPM ($0.81-$0.84 for 0 to 36+ mos), $335 per full unload , $25 stop pay , and $50 backhauls. Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus ($500 at 1st load, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days).
• The Runs & Freight: Regional routes spanning AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV (1,200-1,500 mi/wk). 100% roller touch freight for store unloads (3-7 stops/load, 3 loads/wk) in late-model Freightliner, International, or Kenworth sleepers.
• Requirements & Screening: Requires 3+ months tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, physical stamina for unloads, and clearing hair follicle and urine drug tests.
