Job summary

Graduate Pest Solutions, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Pest Control Service Technician to inspect and remove pests from homes and businesses, ensuring timely, courteous service and strong client satisfaction.

You will follow label instructions for restricted products and maintain detailed service records. The role includes recommending additional services, handling service territory opportunities, and working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses a plus (training provided).
• CT Pesticide License / MA CT licensing preferred; ability to obtain as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and remove pests from residences and businesses in a timely, courteous manner; provide excellent client service.
• Operate with restricted products strictly per labels, guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain customer documentation on product usage and service scope.
• Identify and pursue additional services and sales opportunities within the service territory.

Job description

The Pest Control Service Technician

• Inspects and removes pests from residences and businesses in a timely, responsive and courteous manner, providing excellent client service experience to customers
• Works with restricted products and materials and uses them in strict accordance with manufacturer labels, regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Maintains customer documentation on usage of products and scope of services
• Recommends additional services to customers as appropriate; identifies and supports sales opportunities in service territory
• Has a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
• Well-developed problem solving and organizational skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Projects a friendly, helpful disposition
• Works successfully with all types of personalities

• Ability to work effectively autonomously as well as a team player

Pay: $38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
