Don Johnson’s Hayward Motors CDJR seeks an experienced automotive technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. You’ll perform repairs to Stellantis standards and document all findings with accurate, warranty-ready estimates.

The role requires strong diagnostics, a focus on safety and guest satisfaction, and ongoing training through Stellantis. Position offers daytime hours with no evenings or weekends, relocation assistance, and company-funded

Qualifications

• Must have Stellantis training and technician certifications.
• MOPAR Master Technician or World Class Technician status is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills.
• Experience completing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM warranty repairs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.
• Complete repairs according to MOPAR and dealership standards.
• Verify guest concerns using current Chrysler diagnostic equipment.
• Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates.
• Follow Chrysler warranty documentation and repair procedures.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle status.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Continue developing your skills through paid Stellantis training.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred

• Current Stellantis training and technician certifications
• MOPAR Master Technician or World Class Technician status
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
• Experience completing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM warranty repairs and documentation

Also Encouraged To Apply

• Experienced technicians with comparable OEM training
• Technicians willing to complete Stellantis-specific certifications with our support
