Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is looking for a Staff Accountant / Analyst in Phoenix, AZ, to support day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close activities and reconciliations. This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years of accounting experience.

The successful candidate must possess strong Excel skills and organizational capabilities, with an opportunity for hybrid work after training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience is required.
• Experience with month-end close and journal entries is required.
• Strong Excel skills required including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities including processing journal entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain accruals and prepare supportive schedules related to management fees.
