TriSearch seeks two experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians to support year-round, full-time operations in Montgomery and Auburn, AL. You will maintain and service high-end HVAC systems for commercial clients, with a guaranteed 40-hour work week and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician.
• Experience with commercial package units 15–50 tons.
• Preferred but not required: chillers, boilers and controls automation.
• Experience with Trane CGAM or similar screw/scroll compressors is highly desired.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Reliable, customer-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; pass drug screen, background and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.
• Complete jobs professionally and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Be available for an on-call rotation every five weeks.
