Little Red Schoolhouse in Breckenridge, Colorado seeks a full-time Toddler Teacher to guide children aged 12 to 36 months. The role focuses on designing activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in a Montessori-based setting.

Ideal candidates will have infant/toddler childcare experience, strong collaboration with staff and families, and a plan for ongoing professional development. Colorado Shines Level 2 credential is preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Ability to work well in a team with staff, children, and parents.
• Strong communication with families and ability to share progress information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum and care plans aligned with practices and standards.
• Engage children with play-based activities to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

• Ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations, maintaining safety and quality.
• Keep a clean, healthy classroom environment prioritizing children's well-being.
