Job summary

Montessori Unlimited, part of Learning Care Group, is seeking a Team Lead for our neighborhood Montessori school in Savage, MN. You will guide teachers, lead classroom instruction, and implement the Montessori curriculum across mixed-age groups.

We hire energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with licensed childcare experience and the ability to mentor new hires. Full-time roles offer competitive hourly pay, health benefits, education assistance, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
• Mentor and assist with the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening/closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
