Job summary

Elco Child Care Center in Myerstown, PA is hiring Child Care Staff for a Montessori-inspired program for ages 3 to school age. The center operates 6:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, offering paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with Montessori or a degree in education or human service w/30 ECE credits.
• All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & NSOR.
• Must be open to taking state-regulated training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR.

• Coordinating activities.
• Cleaning and maintaining the classroom setting/facility.
• Developing and implementing weekly Montessori-based lesson plans.

Elco Child Care is now hiring Child Care Staff for our Montessori-inspired Center. Our terrific children range in age from 3 years to school age. Our center is located in Myerstown, Lebanon County, and is open 6:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon-Fri.

10 Paid Holidays, up to 10 days of Paid Time off, & Paid 30 min Lunch Break and Paid 30-minute Planning Time. Work a total of an 8-hr. day.
