Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Spanish Guide to lead a mixed-age preschool in a Montessori environment designed to nurture concentration, independence, and deep learning. Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 1.5–3 in a group learning setting.
• Montessori training and/or willingness to obtain certification.
• Alignment with child-led Montessori philosophy.

• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math.
