Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a peaceful, organized, and engaging Montessori environment
• Present and support developmentally appropriate Montessori works and activities
• Observe children and respond thoughtfully to their individual developmental needs
• Support children with a range of personalities, learning styles, and developmental needs
• Model Grace and Courtesy and respectful communication
• Support classroom routines, transitions, record keeping, and preparation of the environment
• Build warm and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with school leadership and the classroom team
