Qualifications

• Montessori diploma for ages 3–6, or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored).
• Experience as a Preschool/Lead Teacher with ages 3–6 in a group setting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field and relevant credentials.
• ECE or Child Development credits required.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support their development across physical, intellectual, and emotional domains.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom that fosters concentration and independence.
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math, and beyond.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families and communicate with parents.
