Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education preferred.
• Florida Professional Educator Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• MACTE-accredited Montessori Elementary I (6–9) or Elementary I-II (6–12) credential preferred.
• Spanish proficiency supports our dual-language program.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: Lead a cohesive, multi-age community with mutual respect.
• The Great Lessons: Deliver five core Montessori Great Lessons annually.
• Mastery of Materials: Present advanced Montessori elementary materials for abstraction.
• Observation & Record Keeping: Maintain data-driven progress records aligned with Florida standards.
• Professional Collaboration: Work with Principal and pedagogical leadership for curricular continuity.
