What if each play experience could drive quantifiable progress in early development?

Alpha's approach to education stands apart from conventional schooling. Our PreK model integrates play-driven curriculum with live developmental tracking — no prescriptive lesson plans, no box-ticking exercises. You will craft responsive learning experiences across all readiness areas, mentor a team of Guides to execute them with both precision and enthusiasm, and monitor tangible milestone advancement for each child in your cohort.

This is a leadership position with substantial classroom presence. Approximately one-third of your time will be spent in learning environments — demonstrating facilitation methods, observing instruction, and conducting alignment reviews. The remainder involves curriculum design, coaching Guides toward concrete, measurable outcomes, and providing families with data-informed communications. The results of your efforts will be visible: four-year-olds reaching developmental markers ahead of schedule, Guides elevating their performance metrics consistently, and families becoming champions of the program.

Mentor the Guides. Shape the learning.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing quantifiable achievements
  • Create and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for your team
  • Evaluate and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating alignment meetings to maintain milestone tracking visibility
  • Develop family communications and conduct team coordination sessions that synchronize priorities and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness targets
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Adhering to fixed lesson templates or compliance-focused protocols — you'll create flexible, play-centered themes informed by actual performance data
  • Delivering a predetermined curriculum prescribed by others — you control both quarterly and weekly instructional planning
  • Operating independently without structured feedback mechanisms — coaching dialogues and calibration meetings are embedded throughout each week
  • Overseeing K-12 learners using digital platforms — this position focuses entirely on early childhood, direct, in-classroom engagement
