Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging Montessori lessons and activities tailored to children's interests.
• Observe and assess student progress to adapt learning experiences accordingly.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development.
• Maintain classroom materials and resources to ensure they are accessible and organized.
• Encourage independence and self‑directed learning in students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Promote positive social interactions and conflict resolution among students.
• Work schedule 2:30pm - 6:00pm (contact us if another schedule may work for you part‑time).

Requirements

• Montessori certified
