Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in designing and preparing a Montessori environment using materials and additional resources.
• Work with faculty to promote cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development and safety of children.
• Establish class routines and support daily/weekly work plans.
• Provide lessons to students and assist with daily work, behavior management, and organization.
• Supervise students during emergencies and field trips and support classroom maintenance.
