Formación

• Experience in a Montessori setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a clean and orderly environment.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Assist individual and small groups of children as directed.
• Assist with redirection, behavior management, and conflict resolution.
• Work together with the Guide to build a harmonious community.
