Cadence Education in Plano, TX is seeking a Montessori Certified Primary Lead who will transform classrooms into Montessori-friendly spaces and guide a child-centered curriculum. You will foster a calm, joyful learning environment, working with fellow educators to inspire growth and curiosity in every student.

Ideal candidates have Montessori credentials (AMS/AMI), a high school diploma or higher, and at least 1 year of Montessori leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree required for elementary teaching.
• Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent).
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Flexible and ready to work during business hours.
• Preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood/related field.
• At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and techniques.
