Cadence Education is seeking a Montessori Certified Primary Lead who can inspire children and lead a Montessori-based classroom with enthusiasm for childcare and early childhood education.

The role emphasizes leading with Montessori philosophy, meeting state lead teacher requirements, and delivering a nurturing, educational experience in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Montessori credentials (AMS/AMI)
• Meets state preschool lead teacher requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required for elementary teaching
• At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy and techniques
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood preferred
