The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in early childhood education leadership, with Montessori expertise or certification.

Qualifications

• Step 9+ in ORO requirement.
• Early childhood education leadership experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster a warm, benevolent team culture.
• Strong leadership and decision-making with limited information.
• Passion for improving education through Montessori pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for the campus.
• Create a strong culture that embodies our mission.
• Build a strong community among staff, parents, and children.
• Ensure delivery of an exceptional program.
• Meet profitability targets, including campus budget management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets.
• Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff.
