Job summary

Holon Health is seeking a Montana-licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active DEA to support our expansion into new markets. This is a 1099 independent contractor role focused on credentialing and payer enrollment rather than routine patient care.

Selected provider will credential and enroll with payers to enable Holon Health to launch services in the state, with potential transition to part-time or full-time clinical work as operations grow.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Montana.
• Active Montana DEA registration.
• Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active, unrestricted NP license in Montana.
• Maintain an active Montana DEA registration.
• Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities.
