Job summary

iRecruitmd is seeking an Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) to provide high-quality anesthesia care across surgical and procedural settings in Montana, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and outstanding clinical outcomes. The requirements include MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency, board certification or eligibility, and an active Montana license.

This full-time position features a 1:6 call, with competitive compensation ($400,000–$550,000+) and benefits including malpractice coverage and retirement plan

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Anesthesiology residency.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Active Montana license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthesia as needed.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
